1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which InterviewPrep may issue refunds for purchases made through our platform. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

2. Digital Services - No General Refunds

Important: As we provide digital services that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Once you have access to the Service, refunds are not available for change of mind or unused services.

Our subscription plans provide immediate access to premium features and AI-powered services. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the service has been accessed.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will ONLY be considered in the following circumstances:

Payment Processing Error

If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error.

Incorrect Amount Charged

If the amount charged differs from the displayed price at the time of purchase.

Service Not Delivered

If payment was successful but access to the service was not provided due to technical issues on our end (and cannot be resolved within 48 hours).

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided for the following:

Change of Mind

Deciding you no longer want the service after purchase.

Unused Services

Not using the features or credits included in your subscription.

Dissatisfaction with Results

AI-generated content not meeting your expectations (results vary based on input).

Account Termination for Violation

Account suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations.

Partial Use

Partial refunds for partially used subscriptions or credits.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the scenarios above:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.
  2. Send an email to help.interviewprep@gmail.com with:
    • Your registered email address
    • Transaction/Payment ID (from your payment receipt)
    • Date of transaction
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Supporting evidence (screenshots, if applicable)
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
  • Access to premium features will be revoked upon refund processing.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However:

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

8. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and collection actions.
